6、d long-term competitive advantage,medical and health system in China Reform,improve corporate governance structure ofpublic hospitals, to establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanisms to improve thecompetitiv
7、eness of hospitals has important theoretical and practical significance.This subject from the protection of public welfare at the county level public hospitals, tostimulate the enthusiasm of County public hospitals to pr
8、omote the sustainability ofCounty public hospitals to cut into three perspectives,from the perspective of governmentand society, the county public hospital performance evaluation system design as the objectof study, to e
9、valuate the County public hospitals standards.First of all, by reading the relevant literature and in-depth consultation in the field ofhospital management and health policy research experts to develop County public hosp
