3、ter.That can’t be replaced by the other kind of curriculum.School-based Curriculum is students based,which makes the students give full play to this creativity and individual talent,improve wholly the person’s q

4、uality.It is a very good way to develop the individual character, the development of which is the starting point and the end result for today's education.So the competitive times provides guaranty and possi

5、ble space for School-based Curriculum Development. Nevertheless,SCD does not go off smoothly. It comes across all kinds of difficulty. It even gets into an extremely difficult position.Being one of SCD developer, I exper

6、ienced great hardships in developing school-based curriculum. Therefore, I see this as a topic for research,by means of studying literature, a questionnaire survey , interviews, case studies and analysis met

7、hod. I found that there exists a lot of difficulty in the course of SCD at present. 1) Devolution of administrative power to lower levels is deficient and theory support system is far from perfect. 2)Teachers

8、 are short of course concept.The course develops with a low ability. 3)Funds are insufficient and course resources are inadequate. 4) Teachers’burden is overweight .Course exploitation motivation reduces. 5)Lack

9、 of the participation and respond of students , parents and society. 6) Assessment system dismisses and all-round education hardly put into practice. The following coutermeasures can be adopted in an effort to
