4、delⅤgroup(ligationtheupdownpolesofunilateralkidneyrefrigerationtheoutsidectexofthesamekidney).Foureightweeksafterprocedureweobservedgeneralconditionweightmtalityofratstheureanitrogencreatininecontentofratserum.Wecollecte

5、dthe56nephrectomyCRFmodeladministratednomadicanthraquinoneofRhubarbtothemodelratsindertoobservegeneralconditionweightofratstheureanitrogencreatininecontentofserumthepathologicalchangeofresidualnephridium.Results:Wecompar

6、edwiththemodelgroupsthenmalgroup1.Ratweightofmodelgroupsdecreased(P0.05)；2.Theureanitrogenthecreatininecontentofmodelratserumraised(P0.01)；3.AfterfoureightweeksprocedureratsmtalityofmodelⅢgroupreducedthanothermodelgroups
