4、 everyone will feel varying level of pressure. Jobstress is closely related to the individual physical, psychological and behavior, directly impacts on theindividual's life quality and health of physical and mental.

5、As the increaseing for the degree of people payingattention to the life quality and health of physical and mental, subjective well-being is used for measureingpeople's life quality increasingly. It is an comprehensiv

6、e psychological evaluation of overall life quality.Recently,as a new research project,it is continued attached importance by domestic researchers.At present, thedomestic research for job stress and subjective well-being,

7、 has been deep into various groups,but the researchfor university teachers’ job stress and subjective well-being is still very limited.Based on the summarizing and analyzing to the relevant theories and research results

8、of job stress andsubjective well-being, this study adopting survey, using SPSS software, analyzed the job stress and subjectivewell-being’s status and differences in individual characteristics of University teachers in T

9、ianjin,and,applingstructural equation model studied the relationship between them.Through the above two kinds of analysis, the main conclusions of this study are as the following:1、The level of university teachers’ job s

10、tress in Tianjin is close to middle level, the stress of workload islargest, the stress of interpersonal is least.Job stress is significantly different in individual characteristics likeage, education .edt.2 、 University

11、 teachers’ subjective well-being in Tianjin is at the middle level, life satisfaction is atmiddle level, positive emotional experience is slightly lower than the middle level, negative emotionalexperience is at the lower

12、 level. Subjective well-being is significantly different in individual characteristics likeage, education .edt.3 、 Job stress and subjective well-being of university teachers in Tianjin are significantly negativelycorrel

13、ated. Job stress and life satisfaction are negatively correlated; Job stress and positive emotionalexperience are significantly negative correlation;Job stress and negative emotional experience are significantlypositive
