1、由于高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是生產(chǎn)一線的應(yīng)用型高等專門人才。那么如何提高高職生的外語(yǔ)水平使之熟練閱讀外文技術(shù)資料,了解本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域世界先進(jìn)的知識(shí)和技術(shù),能直接接受“原裝”的國(guó)外培訓(xùn)顯得很重要。而要提高外語(yǔ)水平的第一步是要激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),因?yàn)閯?dòng)機(jī)決定了個(gè)人是否愿意發(fā)揮潛力進(jìn)行有效學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵。而只有滿足學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的興趣,激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),他們才會(huì)感到學(xué)習(xí)是有意義的,才會(huì)愿意學(xué),才會(huì)學(xué)得好。因此,本文采用問卷法、談話法、及觀察法對(duì)高職生的外
2、語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)高職生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的現(xiàn)狀主要存在以下幾個(gè)方面問題:1、大部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)是工具型動(dòng)機(jī).2、大部分學(xué)生缺乏對(duì)外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和信心。3、自我效能感低。4、不恰當(dāng)?shù)某删蜌w因。5、學(xué)習(xí)策略不對(duì)。6、除了以上這些學(xué)生個(gè)人的因素之外,社會(huì)、學(xué)校、教師在學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)方面也起著很重要的作用。因此通過分析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因,提出激發(fā)高職學(xué)生外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的措施,指出:只要將決定高職生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成敗的動(dòng)機(jī)問題解決,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)即變
