3、asesparaffinembeddedpathologicalspecimens53casesfmalinfixedbiopsyspecimensofNSCLCUygurpatientwasdeterminedbyImmunohistochemistrymethodinJanuary2004toDecember2008inourhospitalfurthermetoevaluatthevalueofeachfactsintheNSCL

4、Csurvivalanalysis.SPSS17.0fwindowssoftwarewasusedfstatisticsx2testwasusedinthecomparisonsofratedatawereexaminedbyKaplanMeiermethodlogranktest.TheCoxregressionwasusedtoevaluatetheexpressionofERCC1BRCA1otherrelatedclinical

5、factsinfluencedinsurvivalrate.Results:Inthese80casespositiveexpressionratesofERCC1was38.6%(3180)therewerenocrelationwithpatientagegenderclinicalstagepathologybutwerecrelationwithpatientscsmoking.Positiveexpressionratesof

6、BRCA1was88.8%(7180)therewerenocrelationwithpatientagegendersmokingclinicalstagepathologybutwascrelationwithpatientsc.TheexpressionofERCC1BRCA1inmediansurvivalweekswereexaminedbyKaplanMeiermethodwhichwasnosignificantdiffe

7、rencebetweenthetwogroups(P0.05).ThenegativeexpressionofERCC1haslongerlifethanthepositiveonestherewassignificantdifferenceinsurvivalrateof1year(P=0.035).TNMstageageswereIndependentfactsinfluencedinprognosisofNSCLC.Conclus

8、ion:ThenegativeexpressionofERCC1couldpredictthesensitivityinadvancednonsmallcelllungcancerofUygurpatients.TheexpressionofBRCA1wasnosignificantdifferenceinNSCLCofUygurpatients.Theresultofthisstudymayprovidenewsightfclinic
