3、ess in juveniles. Methods: By the selection and exclusion criteria，we choose 65 cases that are the six years (January 2002 - January 2008) total hospitalization in the Department of Otorhinolaryn

4、gology Head and Neck Surgery of the First Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University，and group them according to sex, nation, ill ear, season, audiogram, hearing lose degree, beginning ti

5、me of therapy, accompanying vertigo, tinnitus, smoking history, drinking history and so on. Then using the rank sum test and logistic regression analysis analyse the patients’data. Result: Among

6、 65 patients (68 ears), the effective rate is 58.5%; R esults of single factor analyses: beginning time of therapy, hearing lose degree, accompanying vertigo connected with the prognosis (p＜0.05), and

7、other factors such that patients’sex, nation, audiogram, ill ear, morbidity season, audiogram , accompanying tinnitus, smoking and drinking are apparently have not influence on patients’prognosis (

8、p>0.05). In the logistics regression analysis, beginning time of therapy and accompanying vertigo have correlated with patients’prognosis (p<0.05). Conclusion: The prognosis is related with the beginni
