4、fthefruits.Withinthesefourtreatments0.1%hexanaltreatmentseemstobebetterthanothertreatmentsinmaintainingthequalityflavofthefruits.HoweverPLDinhibittreatmentshadnosignificanteffecteitherondelayingthepeaktimeoftheethylenepr

5、oductionreducingtheamountofethyleneproduction.2:PLDinhibittreatmentscouldincreasetheactivitiesofactiveoxygendegradationenzymessuchasSODCATAPXbutdecreasetheactivityofPODwhichisgoodfmaintainingtheinternalactiveoxygenbalanc

6、eofflatpeachfruits.BesidesafterusingPLDinhibitstheactivitiesofthecellmembranedegradationenzymeslikePLDLOXgotreducedwhichwouldbehelpfulinkeepingthestructureofthecellmembrane.Atthesametimethesetreatmentsalsoloweredtheactiv

7、itiesofcellulasePMEbuthadnoobviouseffectonβGal.3:Thecellularultrastructureof“Yingger”flatpeachfruitshowedcompletelythesenescentacteristicsaftercoldstagef50days.Butthecollapseofthecellwallstructurethereducingofthecellcont

8、entthebreakdownofthecellularcompartmentalizationaremuchslowerinPLDinhibittreatedfruits.Withinthesetreatments0.1%hexanalwasmuchbetterthanothergroupsinkeepingcellconfigurationcellwallstructure.Theresultsindicatethatitispos

9、sibletousePLDinhibitshexanalhexanolonpostharveststageofflatpeachfruits.Thoughthesetreatmentshavedifferenteffectsonthequalityrelatedphysiologicalacteristicsofthefruitsonthewhole0.1%hexanaltreatmentisbetterthanothertreatme
