3、to revise and adjust the strategical mission and the development strategy. It is an opportunity for company to make full use of advantages and minimize the risks and weaknesses. Therefore, HZD New Material Limited could

4、adapt to the internal and external environment,as well as keep the sustainable, healthy and stable development. First of all, the thesis investigate the macroenvironment, industry environment and the competing environmen

5、t through PEST Analysis and Five Forces Analysis,pointing out the opportunities and the threats the corperation facing. Secondly,using the Core Competence Standard Model,the thesis elvaluates the operation capability ,hi

6、ghlights the core-competitiveness in the HZD New Material Limited,in order to identify the advantages and weaknesses.Finally,through SWOT analysis and Strategy selection,we demostrate the strategy mission,corperation str

7、ategy,competition strategy and function strategy. With the purpose of bringing the strategy into force,the thesis put forward three practical advices. The thesis considers that HZD New Material Limited should make full u
