3、Uwhilst48.1%hadvotedtoremainwithinEU(HuntWheeler2017).TheverdictofreferendumtowithdrawfromthemembershipofEUwillhaveahugeimpacttothecountry’scrossculturalrelationshipwiththeprimetradepartnerEU.Thisassignmenthasbeenprepare
4、dtocriticallyanalysethelongtermimpactsofBrexitfcrossculturalmanagementpracticesthefocuswillbeontheUKhealthcaresecthowtheywillbeenfcedtoculturalchange(Mundasad2017).FollowingontoUKbankingsectfinishingoffwithsummaryontheim
5、pactofUKairlineindustrywithinEU.ThisessaywillstartoffbyanintroductionregardingabouttheUK’shealthcaresectwhichwillbethemainfocusoftheessayfollowingonwithbriefimplicationsontheUKbankingsectLowcostAirlineindustry.Describing
6、howthehealthcaresectwillbehugelyimpactedbylosinghighlytrainedstaffafterBrexitasmajityofthenursesdoctscomefromtheEUtojoinUK’shealthcaresect.FurthermethisessaywillanalyseidentifythemajimpactsofcrossculturemanagementafterBr
7、exit.ThemainthreeeffectsofBrexitinthelongrunwillbeinregardstointernationalstaffingwhichincludes:‘immigration’‘reexpatriation’‘labourmarket’.ThesethreedifficultieswillbelinkedtothelongtermimpactsofBrexitontheglobalstaffin
8、gissuethiswillbebackedupwithmodelstointerpretrecognisethedisputes.ThewdBrexithasbeenusedthroughoutmediaisamediaterminologywhichhasbeenusedtoshowtheexitofUKfromEU.‘Brexit’hasbeencreatedbycombiningtwooftheinitialwdsofBrita
9、inwiththewdexit(James2016).ThemainquestionthatwasbroughtuptoBritishcitizensfthereferendumwas:“ShouldtheUnitedKingdomremainamemberoftheEuropeanUnionleavetheEuropeanUnion”(Green2017).Theparliamentgavetheoptionfthepublictod
10、ecidewhetheritisbesttoleaveEUknowingthefactthatthegeneralpublichadnoknowledgeonthelongtermimpactsofBrexithowitwillbringchallengesftheupcominggenerations.OneofthechallengesfBrexitthatwillimpactthehealthcaresectisglobalsta
11、ffingthatwillbe‘immigration’.BefeBrexitUKwaspartoftheEUparticipatedwithintheEU’spoliciesinrelationtofreemovementofpeople.ThisallowedthehealthcaresecttorecruittheiremployeesfromanycountrywithinEUpermittedthecitizenstomove
12、freelybetweenEUUKsotheycouldwkliveintheirdesiredplace.Thelateststatisticsshowsthatthehealthcaresecthasroughlyaround55000recruitswhichcomefromEUcountries(Fenton2016).ConverselybecauseoftheimpactofBrexitthereisavulnerabili
