薩提亞模式團體心理輔導(dǎo)對大學(xué)生自我和諧改善的促進性研究

2、生精神面貌和心理健康的重要指標(biāo)。 因為一個人只有對自己、所處的環(huán)境及自己的期望沒有明顯沖突，才能接納信任自己，對自己的能力和真實的狀況， 進行全面的了解和分析， 再進行有效的計劃與準(zhǔn)備， 來實現(xiàn)自己的夢想。 因此，良好的自我和諧狀態(tài)，是大學(xué)生現(xiàn)代、未來及個人可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。 本文采取了量化與質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方法， 探討薩提亞模式團體心理輔導(dǎo)對大學(xué)生自我和諧的影響。本研究共選取山西某大學(xué)在校大學(xué)生 30 名，隨機分成三個組：薩提亞模

3、式團體心理輔導(dǎo)實驗組， 結(jié)構(gòu)式團體心理輔導(dǎo)對照組和空白對照組， 每組各１０人。團體干預(yù)前后對各組被試用自我和諧量表進行了兩次心理測試。經(jīng)過每周一次、為期 2個月的團體心理輔導(dǎo)后，研究結(jié)果顯示，薩提亞模式團體實驗組的自我與經(jīng)驗不和諧、自我刻板性、自我和諧總分得到顯著改善，結(jié)構(gòu)式團體對照組的自我刻板性上得到顯著改善，且兩組間存在顯著差異。 本研究結(jié)論如下： 第一、薩提亞模式團體心理輔導(dǎo)可以顯著提高大學(xué)生的自我和諧水平， 具有較好的活動效果。
