    • 簡介:福建師范大學碩士學位論文基于網(wǎng)絡的基礎地理信息分發(fā)服務技術研究以福建省為例姓名龔知凡申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)地圖學與地理信息系統(tǒng)指導教師簡燦良20080501福建師藏大學龔知蔑碩士學位論文捅要隨著信息化水平的提高,基于位置的信息服務應用到社會的不同行業(yè),用予政府宏觀管理、輔助決策的各種專題地理信息系統(tǒng)對基礎地理信息的需求也越來越多,越來越廣。如何利甭WEBGIS技術實現(xiàn)高效的信患處理和管理決策,已成為廣大地理信息行韭共圈關注酶課題。通過研究基礎地理信息分發(fā)服務技術,囂向社會提供地理信息查詢和地理信息數(shù)據(jù)及產(chǎn)品信息發(fā)布,這無疑是~種離效的技術手段,將極大地提高地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的利用率。論文首先分析了國內(nèi)外基礎地理信息分發(fā)服務現(xiàn)狀,研究了基礎地理信息數(shù)據(jù)類型和模式,針對傳統(tǒng)分發(fā)服務模式的不足,提磁了改進,接著闡述了WEBGIS的理論與耀關技術,并根據(jù)福建基礎信息中心現(xiàn)有的基礎魏理數(shù)據(jù)以及對外提供數(shù)據(jù)成果的要求,結(jié)合基礎地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的基礎性、公益性、共享性等特點,確定了基礎地理信息分發(fā)服務系統(tǒng)的功能模塊、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、開發(fā)平臺,并以ARCIMS為地墅服務器,使用JAVA、JSP、JAVASCRIPT等工具,建立了基予B/S架構(gòu)并應用于INTEMET和INTRANET不閹網(wǎng)絡體系的分發(fā)服務系統(tǒng)。匿前該系統(tǒng)通過了驗收,并正式投入使用。實際應用表驥,該系統(tǒng)解決了基礎地理信息分發(fā)服務過程孛查詢、訂購激及提供等孚續(xù)的信息化、自動化,滿足用戶方便快捷獲取數(shù)據(jù)的要求,提籬了成果分發(fā)服務的效率和信息化水平。本文既是一種設計方法的研究和試驗,同時其研究結(jié)果可為有關部門提供參考。關鍵詞基礎地理信息;分發(fā)服務;WEBGIS;元數(shù)據(jù)
