1、本報告譯文原文選自安東尼·弗盧的《上帝是存在的》一二兩章。安東尼·弗盧是20世紀著名的無神論者，而在去世前幾年卻推翻了自己所有的理論，成了有神論者。在《上帝是存在的》一書中，他講述了自己是如何改變想法，從一個無神論者轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐粋€有神論者的。本書前三章講述他成為有神論者之前的信仰，以及為何有此信仰，后七章講述了作者對神的發(fā)現(xiàn)。本人翻譯的是前兩章，即“無神論者的產(chǎn)物”和“證據(jù)通向何處”這兩章，并就翻譯問題以及翻譯心得撰寫報告。
2、在完成翻譯項目和報告時，本人主要是從文化視角的角度，以蘇珊·巴斯奈特和安德烈·勒菲勒爾的文化轉(zhuǎn)向理論為指導(dǎo)，同時結(jié)合高低語境文化理論，通過音譯、直譯和意譯的比較分析了一些字詞的翻譯方法。另外，通過對比英漢語言差異，在句子層面上討論了語式的調(diào)整、分割與倒置等翻譯策略。最后，在此基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了一些翻譯經(jīng)驗，提出了一些對本書翻譯的建議，以及本譯文的局限性。
本報告分為六大部分。第一部分介紹了該翻譯項目的意義、背景和報告的結(jié)構(gòu)；第
