4、pMarsupenaeusjaponicusSDSPAGEshowedthatthepurifiedPjLecproteinconsistedof37kDasubunitsThenativePjLecbehavedasa452kDaproteiningelfiltrationchromatographywithSuperdex200ThosedatastronglysuggestthatPjLecisbuiltupby12subunit

5、sofsimilarmolecularweightPjLeccouldagglutinateallthemammalianerythrocytestested，andthehemagglutinationiscalciumindependentTheagglutinationactivitywasstablebetweenpH6andpH8，andwastemperature—dependentThehemagglutinationof

6、PjLecproteinwasinhibitedbyManNAc，Neu5Aandlipopolysaccharide(LPS)Bovinesubmaxillarymuein(BSM)，whichcontainsmainlyNeu5A，isthemostpotentinhibitorofPjLec謝tllaMICofO0006medmLFurthermore，PjLechasabroadagglutinationactivityonGr
