3、lt;/b></p><p><b>　　1、引言</b></p><p>　　學(xué)生評價是學(xué)校教學(xué)管理中的重要一節(jié)，其中涉及獎學(xué)金評定、三好學(xué)生評定、以及關(guān)系學(xué)生前途的畢業(yè)證評語等。而傳統(tǒng)的評價模式就是以學(xué)習(xí)成績論“英雄”，其缺點(diǎn)在于評價模式過于單一，而對于學(xué)生的個人特長、還有其他一些優(yōu)秀的地方，比如好人好事等反映學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的方面沒有反映出來，所以其評價結(jié)果不

4、是十分的公允。本文給出了一種模糊評判法可以很好的應(yīng)用在學(xué)生評價中。本評價方法將學(xué)生的考試成績、平時成績、個人特長發(fā)揮、好人好事等體現(xiàn)個人綜合素質(zhì)的方面都作為評價因數(shù)，然后運(yùn)用模糊評判法得出一個綜合結(jié)果。從而可以在獎學(xué)金評定、三好學(xué)生評定、入黨審查以及畢業(yè)評語等提供更公允的依據(jù)。</p><p>　　2、學(xué)生評價的影響因素</p><p>　　因?yàn)閷W(xué)校所在的地區(qū)不同，所以學(xué)校的周邊環(huán)境也不相

5、同，這對學(xué)生的行為會有一定的影響，還有學(xué)校的管理模式等不同，對學(xué)生的評價都有一定的影響，在學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)中對學(xué)生評價的主要因素主要有以下幾個方面：</p><p>　　1、考試成績。學(xué)生的主要任務(wù)是學(xué)習(xí)，考試成績能反映出學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)的努力程度、對所學(xué)課程的掌握程度等。所以考試成績一直作為評價學(xué)生的主要依據(jù)。 </p><p>　　2、特長發(fā)揮。個人特長作為一個人的重要優(yōu)勢，對一

6、個人的影響是巨大的。一個學(xué)生能將自己的特長無私的展現(xiàn)和奉獻(xiàn)給大家，比如在學(xué)校的文藝匯演、體育競技等方面，不僅能說明該生有某種潛力，也說明該生具有奉獻(xiàn)精神。 </p><p>　　3、好人好事。可以將好人好事作為體現(xiàn)一個學(xué)生的思想境界和綜合素質(zhì)的重要依據(jù)，因?yàn)樯鐣髁x現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要的是德才兼?zhèn)涞娜瞬牛掠质亲钪匾摹?</p><p>　　4、其他。比如遞交入黨申請書、參加各種社團(tuán)活動、助
