6、s proper to use weak matrix structure to reduce the change of revolution and obstacle of marketing the project management. Choosing the right project manager is the key factor of applying project manager. PM is very impo

7、rtant and the starting step for the project. Considering cost control, it is hard to assign an full-time PM. So we will assign the PM from the engineer as virtual PM. It is a nice try, this part illustrates the differenc

8、e between the full-time and virtual PM to reduce the gray territory of management resulting from the misuse of rights. At the same time, this article also illustrates the ability model and role assignment to make PM get
