11、sexistinallcountriesfensuringpublicaccountabilitythesehaveinmanycasesnotbeensuccessfulinresolvingissuesofgovernance.Terefetheabilityofthetraditionalaccountabilitymechanismstoefectchangeonthefunctioningperfmancetransparen

12、cyofgovernmentsareincreasinglybeingopenlydebated.Internationaleftsarefocusingonissuesofgovernanceaccountabilityinterventionsdealingwithgovernmentrefmrangefromadministrativerefmstotheredesignofjudicialauditinstitutions.In

13、additionthedoncommunityisincreasinglyinitiatingprojectsaimedatbuildingthecapacityofcivilsocietycitizensatlargetodemaccountabilityfromtheState.Tefocusisonstrengtheningpublicaccountabilitythroughpressurefromoutsideofgovern
