3、ortune TOP companies, variousteams operated, rated from 47% to 100%, and those almost chose projcetteams.Motivation can make it well, but a fixed model cann’ t meet favorite purpose.Similarly with other

4、 individual life, life- cycle theory can be used in project teams aswell, which be shown different characters in various stages. Diversitic motivationmodel should be established to motivate memb

5、ers in different stages.Initially evolvement of human hypothesis is discussed and figured out that theprecondition of it in this motivation model is complexity person, decision- maker andciviliza

6、tion person. Then the evolvement duration is analysised and motivation theoryin management is clarifed and described the main views and limits connected withproject teams.After integrating kinds of

7、motivation models, the direction tomotivation model of project teams is described finally.Secondly, concepts, sorta, characters and scales of teams and project teams aresummarized, and the latter is

8、 sorted via two dimensionalities. Research target is fixedas dual cooperate project team. And more, the foundation and appliance of life- cycletheory are expatiated, and the life- cycle model o

9、f project teams is discussed.Finally, combined with project team characters, the whole motivation model isdesigned.Based on duties and characters in different life- cycles, diversities motivationmo

10、dels designed are applied in management consulting project teams.This article can be useful for project teams in enterprise in designing diversitiesmotivation model, which is called dual coopera

11、ting project teams founded temporarilyin different period, to make use of limited resources efficiently to achieve win- winbetween individual and enterprise and to be as reference for diversitie
