2、trast with its supply. So the competition in the market is becoming mone and mone intense.Most of feed mills short of the full production .How to surive and develop in the instance competition,how to obtain and keep the
3、superiority through the marketing channel,and how to build and manage marketing channel are imperative problems that all mills how to face with. The thesis deeply analyzes the developing furd ament of forage entersrises
4、and the actuality of market,meanwhile,earnestly reserches the configuration tactics,operation,and management of forage enterprise marketing channel based on the deep survey to forage enterprises by means of cases,fa
5、cts and relative management theories. The article applies marketing channe1 management knowledge to A feed company’s marketing channel researches and associates the know1edge of re1ationship marketing, supply Chain manag
6、ement and motivation theory to marketing channel management, so as to deplores detailed strategies on designing and managing channels. Then the article draws a conclusion; Enterprises should treat the channel members as
7、clients and partners,planning such channels systematically in ways of designing selecting, stimulating, evaluating and harmonizing, and at the same time,enterprises should strengthen its abilities of management and set u
8、p the integrated channel system. The article aims to be of help to the improvement of A ComPany’s marketing channel management and also gives the reference to other companies simi1ar to A ComPany. KEY WORDS: feed indust
