2、,the job stress of organizational members especially knowledge employees increases.In this research,interview and questionnaire survey were used,data were collected among 231 knowledge employees.And the re
3、lation between the job stress,stress coping,and personality trait was researched.The main results showed the following: First, knowledge employees perceived job stress at a medium level in the whole.There we
4、re generic differences in sex,marriage,age and educational background.And there were significant differences in length of working time. Second, when facing job stress,knowledge workers' coping style
5、tended to become mature,but there were significant differences in the terms of sex,marriage,age,educational background and the length of working time. For example,the female more used this coping
6、style of anaclitic social support going with catharisis and extrication than the male ;the unmarried more used the coping style of positive regard and direct activity;the knowledge workers of t
7、he age of 26~35 and under 25 more used the coping style of positive regard and direct activity than the ones over 36;the knowledge workers who graduated from junior college more used the de
8、nial coping style than the ones who were graduates and undergraduates;the knowledge workers who worked less than 5 years more used the coping style of positive regard and direct activity than t
9、he ones who worked more than 5 years. Third, the differences of job stress and stress coping styles of knowledge workers in type A/B personality trait showed that the job stress of knowledge
10、 workers of type A personality trait was higher than type B personality trait in terms of pay,career development and job circumstance;the knowledge workers of type B personality trait more used the copin
11、g style of positive regard and direct activity than the ones of type A personality trait,and the knowledge workers of type A personality trait more used the coping style of extrication than
