5、ance management theory as the theoretical bases,employing literature resources and empirical survey as research methods, referencing the experience of the teachers’ salaries reformation abord, showing the problems in the

6、 reform process of compulsory education teachers' Merit Pay, puting forward some practicable suggestions from macro and micro levels, with the expectation to be helpful to the teachers’salaries reformation in our cou
