3、here are more external than internal, more about middle school and college teachers than profession school teachers. So, this thesis used the modern motivation theories and methods to study the existing problems in the m

4、otivation mechanisms of profession school management. The study adopted questionnaire method. After referring to related books and information getting from investigation, Teacher Motivation in Profession School Satisfact

5、ion Questionnaire was compiled in accordance with Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory of Motivation and related questionnaires such as Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, Motivation Preference Mechanism etc. There were 210 pr

6、ofession school teachers that come from different profession schools in Anyang who filled the questionnaire.193 questionnaires were collected from every school stochastically. After analyzing the questionnaire, the follo

7、wing results were drawn: The majority of the profession school had a satisfactory attitude towards the management motivation mechanism, but there were some existing problems: The salary, welfare and distribution system w

8、ere not satisfactory; more democracy were needed; the evaluation system was needed to be improved; the training system was not appropriated; the motivation steps were not taken accordingly in terms of the teachers’ age.

9、Combining the characteristics and motivation principle of profession school teachers with the questionnaire results, following suggestions were made: 1. Increasing the salary and welfare, establishing reasonable distribu

10、tion system. 2. Being more democratic, encouraging the teachers to participate in the management. 3. Setting up a reasonable evaluation system. 4. Improving the training system, enhancing the self-development of teachers
