4、his end, I believe that,To fully understand China's civil service appointment, it is necessary to compare the two analysis.This paper builds on existing research results and practical experience on the basis of,from
5、the “Civil Servant Law“ starting on the contents of the Employment System and its comparative analysis with government employees, to fully explain the appointment of civil servants,in the implementation process to identi
6、fy problems and give their own countermeasures, hope to help establish a sound civil servant appointment. Mainly divided into five parts,,the first part is an introduction, the main topics including the background and si
7、gnificance.Pointed out that the majority of civil service employment system has become the direction of state personnel system reform, to break the rigid employment system is conducive to the implementation of the person
8、nel system, improve administrative efficiency. The second part is an overview of China's civil service appointment system, to clarify its meaning,and analyzes the significance of the implementation of the civil servi
9、ce appointment: First, the employer can meet the diverse needs of government agencies; The second is to reduce personnel costs; Third, it could improve the employment system, help eliminate the Civil Service and Out of i
