1、近年來(lái),私立大學(xué)蓬勃發(fā)展,已成為高等教育不可缺少的一部分。觀其優(yōu)點(diǎn),開(kāi)設(shè)專業(yè)均是社會(huì)急需的技能型專業(yè);究其缺點(diǎn),師資力量薄弱以及生源質(zhì)量下降。其中有一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象就是學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)較差,學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,使得大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂難以有效開(kāi)展。本研究采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法在廣西的一所私立高校一邕江大學(xué)開(kāi)展大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué),以期探索出一條能夠促進(jìn)此類大學(xué)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的路子。
本實(shí)驗(yàn)基于建構(gòu)主義理論,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)班采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法進(jìn)行教學(xué),在控制班則用傳統(tǒng)的
2、PPP教學(xué)法教學(xué),然后對(duì)兩個(gè)班的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。參與研究的對(duì)象是邕江大學(xué)2011級(jí)的大一學(xué)生,他們來(lái)自兩個(gè)不同的班級(jí)。其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)班共54名學(xué)生,控制班則有40名學(xué)生。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用定量分析和定性分析兩種手段。研究過(guò)程所收集的資料包括調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,學(xué)生訪談和考試以及教師對(duì)學(xué)生觀察的記錄。其中,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和考試收集到的數(shù)據(jù)用Excel2003進(jìn)行描述與分析。對(duì)于訪談及觀察學(xué)生所獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定性處理,旨在補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明定量研究的結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果顯示:
