1、語(yǔ)旨是指說話人或作者對(duì)所交換命題或信息的態(tài)度，是傳達(dá)人際功能的主要語(yǔ)義載體，能反映交際雙方的人際關(guān)系。在合同文本中，合同雙方當(dāng)事人之間的關(guān)系通常是由情態(tài)系統(tǒng)來(lái)體現(xiàn)的。本文在朱莉安·豪斯翻譯評(píng)價(jià)功能語(yǔ)用模型的理論框架內(nèi)，以《光大銀行個(gè)人借款合同》為例，從韓禮德系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)中三大純理功能，尤其是人際功能出發(fā)，著重將合同文本與語(yǔ)言的人際功能掛鉤，嘗試從新的、更加接近語(yǔ)言本質(zhì)的角度，在對(duì)英語(yǔ)金融合同平行語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)分析合同文
