3、ges rapidly, continuously and reversibly under electronic field. Electro-hydraulic braking control system using ER fluid can control the pressure, flow, direction, so it is an important application in hydraulic control b
4、ased on ER technology. At present, researches are on property and structure of single ER-valve. The work performances of several ER valves under practical application state are analyzed and its high-voltage control power
5、 source is studied in this dissertation. The development trends of ER technology, theory of ER effect and principle of engineering application are presented. The requirements for ER fluid’s substitution to traditional hy
6、draulic oil are brought forward. The control equation of single ER valve is derived. Two mathematic models of ER valve-cylinder actuator are constructed according to control methods of ER valve-cylinder. And a position c
