1、《詩(shī)經(jīng)》作為中國(guó)的第一部詩(shī)歌總集,在文學(xué)史上占有重要的地位。其主要以四言詩(shī)為主,采用隔句押韻的手法,句式富于變化,包括了二、三、五、七、八言的句式。語(yǔ)言含蓄凝練,多采用疊詞,雙聲,同時(shí)在章法上,重章疊句被廣泛運(yùn)用,讀起來(lái)具有一唱三嘆的音樂(lè)美?!对?shī)經(jīng)》中描繪的許多意象和意境的塑造方法都對(duì)后世的文學(xué)創(chuàng)作產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響?!对?shī)經(jīng)》的以上特點(diǎn)構(gòu)成了其獨(dú)特的美學(xué)價(jià)值。因此在《詩(shī)經(jīng)》的英譯過(guò)程中,譯者必須盡最大努力再現(xiàn)其美學(xué)價(jià)值。
本文以
2、許淵沖先生的“三美”原則為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)對(duì)比多種不同的《詩(shī)經(jīng)》英譯版本在再現(xiàn)美學(xué)價(jià)值上的得與失,得出在《詩(shī)經(jīng)》英譯過(guò)程中必須遵循的原則及具體可采用的方法。文中所選用的例子都是《詩(shī)經(jīng)》中的名篇,譯作皆出自名家之手,可以充分照顧到論文的趣味性。本研究的方法為定性分析,選取《詩(shī)經(jīng)》中的名篇,對(duì)其英譯版本進(jìn)行比較分析。本文在翻譯理論上選擇由本土翻譯家—許淵沖先生的“三美”原則作為指導(dǎo),具有一定的創(chuàng)新意義,同時(shí)文中所選的例子可以為將來(lái)《詩(shī)經(jīng)》英譯研究
