23、onpresentsadiversepluralisticcomplextrendsthisshiftthestrugglebetweenthetwowillaccompany淺談后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化的方法淺談后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化的方法摘要：要：無論是鄉(xiāng)村還是城市，不管是哪一級(jí)哪一類學(xué)校，都不同程度地存在著不同類型的后進(jìn)生，從這個(gè)意義上講，首先，后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化是學(xué)校教育工作永恒的主題，能否及時(shí)有效地轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生是能否大面積提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生工作

24、是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要內(nèi)容，是學(xué)校工作的重點(diǎn)之一。為全面加強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生工作，規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生工作管理，教師做好后進(jìn)生工作，不但關(guān)系到全班的合格率，而且關(guān)系到一個(gè)班良好學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的形成，而如何轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)生工作，擺在我們面前的最突出、最應(yīng)注意的問題。本文從后進(jìn)生定義闡述的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了后進(jìn)生的類型特征，形成的原因，并且結(jié)合實(shí)際對(duì)后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化提出了一些方法。關(guān)鍵詞：關(guān)鍵詞：后進(jìn)生；轉(zhuǎn)化；方法在教育詞典中對(duì)“后進(jìn)生”是這樣定義的:“在班級(jí)中經(jīng)常違反道德

25、原則或者犯有嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤的學(xué)生。”“后進(jìn)生”在教育學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)中也稱為“問題兒童”。習(xí)慣上后進(jìn)生也叫差生。一般指中、小學(xué)生中學(xué)習(xí)成績?cè)?0分以下的學(xué)生，而對(duì)那些不僅學(xué)習(xí)差，而且品德也差的學(xué)生又稱雙差生。雙差生最難教育，最容易引起教師、家長的反感和煩惱。[1]P861986年我國正式確立了義務(wù)教育制度以來，接受教育成為學(xué)齡兒童的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，教育工作者不允許對(duì)“差”，特別是“雙差生”采取厭棄態(tài)度，所以又把差生改稱后進(jìn)生，意思是差生是可以進(jìn)步的

26、學(xué)生，只不過比其它學(xué)生進(jìn)步慢一些罷了。但是，無論是稱呼差生，還是稱呼后進(jìn)生，從教育學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)的科學(xué)角度去分析，它們都屬于普通概念，還不屬于科學(xué)概念。在我國對(duì)差生、后進(jìn)生的內(nèi)涵并沒有確切的定義，也沒有形成具有普遍指導(dǎo)意義的、系統(tǒng)的教育科學(xué)理論，這其中有歷史的原因?！?】P142我國是從1905年“廢科舉，興學(xué)?！币院?，才開始出現(xiàn)班級(jí)授課制的國家，教育發(fā)展速度很慢，水平也很低，特別是基礎(chǔ)教育的普及率很低。解放以前我國的基礎(chǔ)教育主要是貴族

27、式教育，那時(shí)中國社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩，廣大勞動(dòng)人民過著腹不裹饑的貧苦生活，很少有人能把自家的子女送到學(xué)校接受教育，1949年全國小學(xué)生在校率僅為5%，少量的富家子弟有機(jī)會(huì)占有中國當(dāng)時(shí)的教育資源，可以說他們享受的教育水平是很高的，所以那時(shí)候中小學(xué)校的差生是很少的。而且差生可以隨時(shí)淘汰，對(duì)品德太差擾亂教學(xué)秩序的可以開除。可見，教師對(duì)差生無需下大功夫進(jìn)行專門研究。即使在解放以后的五六十年代，學(xué)校普及率有了很大提高，再加上當(dāng)時(shí)由于教育發(fā)展水平低，實(shí)行選拔制

28、的入學(xué)制度，變相的對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)差的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了篩選，特別到初中階段，差生占比例是很小的。這就是中小學(xué)差生的研究在我國未能引起重視和形成系統(tǒng)教育理論的主要原因。所以說，“差生”、“后進(jìn)生”的內(nèi)涵還不具備精確性、體系性和整體性特點(diǎn)。國內(nèi)外教育理論中也常使用“差生”概念，而“后進(jìn)生”只在國內(nèi)使用。新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)調(diào)：“課程要促進(jìn)每一個(gè)學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)良好的品德，強(qiáng)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)教育要滿足每個(gè)學(xué)生終身發(fā)展的需要，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身學(xué)習(xí)，其基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)就是促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面

52、ny3家長失衡的教育觀念。有的家長對(duì)孩子?jì)蓱T溺愛，任何事總是遷就、依順著孩子，有時(shí)甚至不講原則、不講道理。孩子做錯(cuò)事后，總是偏袒、縱容，久而久之，使子女養(yǎng)成了以自我為中心，自私、感情用事、不能接受別人的意見等等；有的家長過分的溺愛孩子，俗話說，“愛之愈深，恨之愈深”，當(dāng)子女達(dá)不到自己的要求時(shí)，或拳腳相向，或惡語傷人，簡單粗暴，這樣往往使子女逆反心理增強(qiáng)，處事簡單易沖動(dòng)，憤世嫉俗，心理扭曲等。家長的不良行為給孩子的成長造成了極壞的影響。“

53、近朱者赤，近墨者黑”，如有些家長染有惡習(xí)種種，如賭博、盜竊、受賄、家庭交往復(fù)雜等，子女在這種氛圍中潛移默化的受影響，從模仿到實(shí)干，久而久之使其過早的走向了人生的不歸路。據(jù)調(diào)查，有賭博行為的學(xué)生中，有80%的家庭成員經(jīng)常賭博。所以，古語云：“其身正，不令則行；其身不正，雖令不行。”家長應(yīng)該以自己的人格魅力去影響孩子，當(dāng)好這人生的第一任教師。（三）社會(huì)影響（三）社會(huì)影響社會(huì)文化中，影視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、游戲、書刊中所宣揚(yáng)的暴力、色情嚴(yán)重的毒害了學(xué)生的

56、影響，使其產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒，因而上課常睡懶覺，下課罵人、吵架、學(xué)習(xí)成績差，教過他的老師都感到他是一個(gè)很難對(duì)付的“硬骨頭”。愛心和事業(yè)心驅(qū)使我接納這位學(xué)生，決心教好他。我有意識(shí)地接近他，與他交朋友，從思想方面入手，多次與他談心，在學(xué)習(xí)上重點(diǎn)輔導(dǎo)，在行動(dòng)上嚴(yán)格要求，使他感到老師這樣理解他、尊重他、愛護(hù)他，同時(shí)，我還多方面了解他的心理矛盾及學(xué)習(xí)、紀(jì)律狀況，一次又一次的苦口婆心地開導(dǎo)他。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的接觸、觀察、談心，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他身上有許多“閃光點(diǎn)”，
