簡介:華東師范大學碩士學位論文科學發(fā)展觀與高職院校責任教育研究姓名徐紅梅申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)馬克思主義中國化研究指導(dǎo)教師余玉花20090901先,主要是學校的原因。第一,高職院校德育缺少責任教育的內(nèi)容。第二,責任教育不按教育規(guī)律進行,脫離學生實際,缺乏人文關(guān)懷,重責任知識灌輸,輕責任實踐教育。第三,責任教育沒有形成“全員育人、全程育人、全面育人”的教育格局。一方面,學校內(nèi)部責任教育主體單一,缺乏協(xié)調(diào)性。另一方面,目前高職院校與家庭、社會之間聯(lián)系不夠緊密,沒有形成責任教育的大合力。其次,家庭教育的偏差。學生家長功利性的教育觀念和主宰溺愛式、放任式和暴力式的教育方法使家庭教育的功能弱化甚至異化。再次,社會現(xiàn)實環(huán)境諸多不良因素的負面影響。第三部分,高職院校責任教育的新探索。本部分內(nèi)容包括以下四方面。首先,明確高職院校責任教育的目標。高職院校責任教育的目標就是培養(yǎng)學生的責任品質(zhì),豐富學生全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,促進學生全面發(fā)展。其次,優(yōu)化高職院校責任教育的內(nèi)容。高職院校責任教育的內(nèi)容包括生命責任教育、誠信責任教育、自我發(fā)展責任教育、職業(yè)責任教育、家庭責任教育和社會責任教育。再次,創(chuàng)新高職院校責任教育的方法。第一,問題滲透式教育方法。問題滲透式教育方法就是將責任教育寓于現(xiàn)實生活的問題中,通過組織學生對社會某一現(xiàn)實問題進行調(diào)查、分析和思考,引導(dǎo)學生產(chǎn)生責任認知和責任情感。第二,情感滲透式教育方法。教師要加強師生間的平等溝通與交流,要熱愛、尊重和關(guān)心學生。最后,形成高職院校責任教育合力。第一,學校內(nèi)部責任教育合力的形成。學校需集全校之力,營造全員育人、全課程育人、全活動育人的責任教育合力氛圍。第二、學校、家庭和社會責任教育大合力的形成。從家庭教育自身方面,家長要轉(zhuǎn)變家庭教育觀念,改革家庭教育方法。從學校方面,學校應(yīng)主動加強與家庭、社會之間的聯(lián)系,增強責任教育大合力的實效。學校要積極走出去,加強與企業(yè)、社區(qū)的聯(lián)系與合作,為學生爭取更多的社會實踐機會,增強學生的責任意識。學校還需呼吁政府凈化社會環(huán)境,宣傳主流價值觀和責任觀,加大對不負責行為的懲罰力度,為高職院校責任教育提供健康、負責任的外部環(huán)境。本論文研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于側(cè)重從科學發(fā)展觀“以人為本’’和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度探索和分析高職院校責任教育,提出高職院校責任教育應(yīng)具有人本性、職業(yè)性、實踐性和協(xié)調(diào)性的特點。同時責任教育是一個系統(tǒng)工程,應(yīng)以學校教育為主,協(xié)調(diào)家庭、社會各方教育力量,形成教育合力,共同培養(yǎng)和提高學生的責任意識,增強高職院校責任教育的實效性。關(guān)鍵詞科學發(fā)展觀高職院校責任教育
