5、diedfluoquinoloneswereofloxacinciprofloxacinenrofloxacinnfloxacinsarafloxacin.ChromatographicseparationwascarriedoutonaVenusilXBPC18columninisocraticmodewith0.025molLH3PO4solutionadjustedtopH3.2with13mmolLtetrabutylammon

6、iumbroeacetonitrile(94:6vv)asmobilephase.Goodlinearityovertheinvestigatedconcentrationrangewasobservedwithmeanvaluesofcrelationcoefficientshigherthan0.9988falltheanalytesstudied.Thelimitofdetection(LOD)thelimitofquantifi

7、cation(LOQ)were4.3917.44gkg14.6458.14gkgrespectivelyThesevaluesareincompliancewithrequirementsfmonitingofmaximumresidueslevels(MRLs).Overallrecoveriesfromspikedmilksamplesrangedfrom80.7to96.92%withrelativestarddeviations

8、(RSD)lowerthan4.23%.Chapterthree:AsimplesensitivereliableionpairRPHPLCmethodhadbeendevelopedfthedeterminationofsixfluoquinolonesresiduesinchickentissue.AVenusilXBPC18column(150mm4.6mm5m)analyticalcolumnwasusedwithaneluti
