4、neperfmance.ganizationsmustconsiderthenatureofemployeeengagementbecausethisonevariableislikelytopredictanganization’sabilitytoachievehighresultswithproductivityprofitabilitycustomerservicestaffretentionwkplacesafety.[2]J

8、mployerstwothirdsofthewkersarenotmotivateddonotidentifywiththeagencymission.Inadditionthestudyindicatesthatonefourthofallemployeesarenotproductivearesimplytheretogetapaycheck.Satisfactionwithpayislesspowerfulasapredictof
9、jobsatisfactionemployeeengagementislesslikelytopredictwhetheranemployeestaysgoes.Employeesmayjoinacompanybecauseofitsgenerouspayscalelucrativebenefitspackagebuthowlongtheystayhowproductivetheyareisdeterminedbytherelation
