7、studyonawhole,systemiclevelFirstofall,theSe—containingpolysaccharideSeGLP一2B一1wasisolatedandpurifiedfromtheSe—enrichedmyceliaofG1ucidumThenvariousconcentrationsofSeGLP一2B一1wasaddedtoMCF一7cellsandincubatedfor20h,44h,68h,a
8、ndcellviabilitywasassessedbytheMTTmethodTheresultshowedthattheMCF一7cellstreatedwithSeGLP2B1begantoapoptosis,andtheapoptosisratewas2589%afterculturedfor24hThehighestinhibitionratecouldreachto83%afterculturefor72h,andIC50w
9、asO158ItMItmeansthatSecontainingpolysaccharidefromG1ucidumhasanti—tumoractivityUsingthetechnologyofComparativeproteomics,thedifferenceinexpressionofproteinsWasinvestigatedbetweenMCF7cellstreatedwithSeGLP2B1for48handcontr
10、olgroupbytwo—dimensionalgelelectrophoresisTheresultsshowedthattheexpressionofproteinsexhibitedmuchmoredifferencesinbetweenthecontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup5differentspotswerecutfromthegelsandwerecarriedoutanalysisusing
