1、隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，越來越多的企業(yè)要走出國門。企業(yè)要走出國門，必將與外方簽署合同，明確界定雙方的權(quán)利義務(wù)關(guān)系，避免合同爭議，保證合同的切實(shí)履行。其中,合同翻譯的重要性無需贅言。中國是對(duì)外工程承包的大國，隨著“高鐵外交”成為李克強(qiáng)總理外交的一個(gè)重要命題，中國企業(yè)將會(huì)承接更多的國際工程項(xiàng)目。在此背景下，恰當(dāng)?shù)胤g《施工合同條件》應(yīng)受到高度重視。英文合同的翻譯是法律翻譯的一個(gè)重要分支，英文合同本身有其自身的詞匯、語義、句法特征。
