1、1內(nèi)容摘要教育機(jī)構(gòu)的注意義務(wù)是侵權(quán)責(zé)任法的重要組成部分。我國(guó)侵權(quán)責(zé)任法關(guān)于教育機(jī)構(gòu)注意義務(wù)的制度設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于校園安全的保障和學(xué)生人身安全的維護(hù)起到了積極作用，但仍然存在一定的不足和缺陷，值得我們研究和探討。本文以教育機(jī)構(gòu)注意義務(wù)為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)考量教育機(jī)構(gòu)注意義務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ)，分析教育機(jī)構(gòu)注意義務(wù)的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和合理限度，解讀我國(guó)侵權(quán)責(zé)任法上教育機(jī)構(gòu)的注意義務(wù)，并結(jié)合我國(guó)司法實(shí)踐就其完善提出相應(yīng)的建議，以期引玉之效。本文除前言以外，共分為四個(gè)部分
