1、美術(shù)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)比較薄弱,學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣被動(dòng),學(xué)習(xí)自覺性不強(qiáng),因此他們的成績(jī)大多不太理想。雪上加霜的是,他們需要投入大量時(shí)間提高專業(yè)知識(shí),英語學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間在所有文化課里的比重也只有六分之一。愈發(fā)不理想的成績(jī)又得不到老師的一對(duì)一幫助,這樣就形成了惡性循環(huán)。再加上大班學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)美術(shù)生特別不利,因?yàn)橥徽n堂上的學(xué)生英語水平差距特別大,單靠老師的備課和上課很難超到預(yù)期的效果。英語學(xué)習(xí)逐漸演變成了美術(shù)生心頭的石頭,既不能放棄,又能輕易提高。筆者這里嘗試采納形成
2、性評(píng)價(jià)里的一些手段來幫助水平參差不齊的美術(shù)生找到對(duì)他們有效的提高寫作水平的方法。自學(xué),互相學(xué)習(xí),自我評(píng)價(jià),互相評(píng)價(jià)和檔案記錄是這里所選用的幾種評(píng)價(jià)手段。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練,筆者以問卷,測(cè)試等形式對(duì)以上評(píng)價(jià)手段對(duì)英語寫作學(xué)習(xí)的效果進(jìn)行調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生寫作水平有顯著提高。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)自學(xué),同學(xué)互助學(xué)習(xí),自我評(píng)估,同學(xué)互相評(píng)估,檔案袋等形成性評(píng)價(jià)手段對(duì)美術(shù)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)能力及學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有所提高。同時(shí),學(xué)生在這一過程中培養(yǎng)了自主意識(shí),鍛煉了組織
