2、sharing of enterprise skilled workers Abstract Nowadays ,knowledge is the most important competition resources .Tacit knowledge ,because of its invisibility and replication ,become more valuable and more creative .The a

3、bility to dig and use tacit knowledge ,which would decide whether the organization or individual achieve success or not .Modern enterprise technical workers are not different form the traditional blue-collar workers ,the

4、y have a higher education level ,working on the shop floor for a long time ,that makes them accumulating tacit knowledge as much as possible. And share it around the enterprise, will highly promote the performance and th

5、e competitive. Fully tap the tacit knowledge of skilled workers, and pushing knowledge sharing in enterprises, will greatly enhance their performance and competitiveness. At the moment, despite the importance and the att

6、ention of the blue-collar workers are far from enough .The academic research of the blue-collar workers is relatively poor. This article takes blue-collar workers of auto industry as example ,discusses the influence fac

7、tors on tacit knowledge sharing .We firstly research the foreign and domestic literature about knowledgemanagement and tacit knowledge concerns, Base on those literatures, we analyze the features of blue-collar’s tacit k

8、nowledge; Second, combining with the background introduction, we come up with the influence factors and the theories hypothesis .This paper divides into three aspects to explain the influence factors ,they are :individua

9、l level ,organization environment level and institution level, furthermore ,we plot the research model. In last, we use the liket scale to collect data, by using a mass of questionnaires and SPSS16.0; we make empirical

10、research on the influence factors and theory hypothesis. The result shows that the education level ,the benefit-oriented psychology and the trust between each other have a positive impact; a strong dense of learning atmo

11、sphere and a perfectly incentive mechanism has a positive impact ; however ,the planning of the organization place and the respect as well as the IPR has a smaller impact on the tacit knowledge sharing . This paper has a
