3、moderating effect of supervisory support.The previous studies showed that nurses work stress has an influence on nurses'career commitment but less studies showed the role of supervisory support as a moderating factor on

4、this relationship and in order to examine this relationship we used a self-administered questionnaire consisted of three parts,the first part included the demographic questions,the second included the instruments which m

5、easure the job stress,career commitment and the supervisor support,and the last part included two questions asking about the perceived factors of job stress and career commitment,the total sample size was (271) nurses,th

6、e questionniare was translated into Arabic and after the pilot study it was distributed on (251) nurses in different units and wards at two public hospitals,RAFIDIA Public Hospital and AL-WATANI Public Hospital,in the no

7、rth of West-bank.Validity and reliabilty were done, Statistical analysis of the data was conducted including t-test,analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Correlations regression analysis was also performed.The main fi

8、ndings of the study revealed that there is a negative correlational relationship between job stress and career commitment as well with supervisory support and a positive correlational relationship between career commitme
