3、kinds of unknown composition except curcumol, Curcuma ketone element and other components. The Curcuma oil was deluting to 1% with 2% Tween- 80. Curcuma oil effect on PK- 15 cells, TC0 was 62.

4、5µg/mL by the CPE method, and TC50 was 125µg/mL; TC0 of the MTT was 28.67µg/mL and TC50 was 49.33µg/mL. The effect of prevention, treatment and disinfection of Curcuma oil o

5、f TC0 concentration with MTT method was used to research its mechanism of anti- virus. Firstly, PK- 15 were added drugs , then added the virus, detecting whether drug could combine with cell s

6、urface receptors and prevent virus to adsorpt and entry; Secondly, PK- 15 was added virus, then added the drugs, observing the effect of the drugs inhibition virus in cells; The end, virus and

7、 drugs was added together, observing the direct inactivation. It showed that the best way to inhibit the virus is the first one among three methods. Since IC50 was 2.813µg/mL, IC90 was
