2、 have become an everyday means of transport, people demand more and more vehicle ride comfort. Car ride comfort depends largely on the car body vibration on the human body; there are many sources of vehicle vibration, th
3、e mounting system is a very important one. Vehicle powertrain mounting system is a complex vibration system, mounting system and mounting arrangement of parameter selection is to reduce the effective means of vibration m
4、ounting system. Powertrain mounting system includes the engine, clutch and transmission, the vehicle vibration caused by many factors, the engine vibration caused by the comfort of the car a great impact. In this paper,
5、Ride of the theory was tested on the bus analysis and research. Through the establishment of rubber mount and engine mounting system model the mechanical model, the incentive of mounting system, vibration isolation perfo
6、rmance analysis; and through the method of testing the vibration isolation mounting system performance is analyzed. The test combined with relevant theory, the use of related test equipment, mounting system through the c
7、entroid, moment of inertia, suspension stiffness, and other basic parameters were measured on these basic parameters of the analysis to identify suitable for the design of passenger cars parameters, to improve passenger
8、comfort. Which the centroid position measurement using the tension and compression sensor measurement methods; moment of inertia measurements using the three-pendulum principle was measured, and made a mounting system of
9、 the stent; mounting stiffness measurement using an electronic universal testing machine, measuring the mounting system dynamic stiffness and static stiffness. By changing the mounting system tests before and after the s
10、uspension front and rear suspension stiffness and the installation angle of the inherent changes in frequency and energy distribution, to select the optimal suspension parameters. KEY WORDS:Vibration control, suspension
