1、專利英譯是專利文獻翻譯中不可或缺的一部分。漢語專利有其獨特的文體特征。在結構形式上，除標題外，漢語專利一般包括三部分：發(fā)明/實用新型名稱部分（第一部分）、主要特征部分（第二部分）及有益效果部分（第三部分）。
本文通過分析400篇專利初譯稿中出現(xiàn)的錯誤，統(tǒng)計結果發(fā)現(xiàn)：標題部分常出現(xiàn)邏輯及術語錯誤，約占錯誤總量的11％；第一部分中，定語從句的使用不符合專利翻譯規(guī)范，約占7%；第二部分中，介詞、動詞、冠詞及名詞單復數(shù)誤用情況較多，約
