1、在以往的英語口語教學(xué)中,教師往往采用傳統(tǒng)的方法,老師大班教學(xué),學(xué)生與老師之間很少存在互動,這種方法成為英語口語教學(xué)的主要形式。這種教學(xué)形式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在較短的時(shí)間傳授較多數(shù)量的知識,但是單一的教學(xué)組織形式束縛了學(xué)生的語言實(shí)踐活動,并限制其使用語言的能力?;谛枨蠓治龅慕虒W(xué)模式是為了敦促引入綜合語言實(shí)踐,它面向全體學(xué)生?;谛枨蠓治龅膶W(xué)習(xí)模式以人本主義心理學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),是一種教學(xué)理論與教學(xué)策略。它的基本特征是人本主義語言教學(xué)方法強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)者內(nèi)在
2、世界的重要性,把學(xué)習(xí)者個(gè)體的思想、感覺和情感作為人發(fā)展的重中之重。在這種情況下,我們更應(yīng)該關(guān)注語言學(xué)習(xí)者的情感需求,認(rèn)真調(diào)查研究學(xué)生內(nèi)心情感,他們的所思所想,他們對所開設(shè)的某課程的真實(shí)想法,把以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)教育思想更好地落到實(shí)處。
本文遵循需求分析的理論框架,對職業(yè)學(xué)校英語口語教學(xué)進(jìn)行了探索。通過文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查和訪談等方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,本文對滄州職業(yè)學(xué)校的200名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)。調(diào)查主要針對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)背景、學(xué)
