1、上世紀(jì)九十年代解構(gòu)主義被引介入中國(guó)的翻譯理論,其影響深遠(yuǎn)。解構(gòu)主義中對(duì)傳統(tǒng)翻譯理論產(chǎn)生重大沖擊的一個(gè)概念就是意義的不確定性。本文從哲學(xué)的角度說(shuō)明了意義為何而不確定。在二元對(duì)立的哲學(xué)觀下,兩極之間并不平等,其中一方占統(tǒng)治地位,是本源,而另一方則是處于派生地位。在這種哲學(xué)觀點(diǎn)下,意義處在本源的地位,是恒定不變的。解構(gòu)主義認(rèn)為沒(méi)有二元對(duì)立這種關(guān)系,意義不是恒定不變的存在體而是不確定的。意義不是作者或是說(shuō)話人的意圖,也不是讀者或是聽(tīng)者的臆測(cè)。意
2、義存在于語(yǔ)境之中,而語(yǔ)境卻沒(méi)有邊際。
傳統(tǒng)的翻譯建立在認(rèn)為意義是恒定值的基礎(chǔ)上;傳統(tǒng)翻譯理論認(rèn)為譯者的作用就是找到原文的意義并將它在譯文中忠實(shí)流暢地表達(dá)出來(lái)。意義的不確定性動(dòng)搖了傳統(tǒng)譯論的基石。本文分析了在意義不確定的視角下傳統(tǒng)譯論的各種不足;進(jìn)而系統(tǒng)介紹了解構(gòu)主義給中國(guó)譯論帶來(lái)的新契機(jī),以及對(duì)之的思考。
