1、《山海經(jīng)》作為一部包羅萬象,涉及天文、地理、醫(yī)學、生物、礦產(chǎn)、化學等幾乎所有領(lǐng)域的奇書,其文學價值、美學價值及歷史文化價值早己超出一國文化的范疇,它是人類文明的瑰寶,對書中神話意象的深入分析有助于我們更好地傳承優(yōu)秀的歷史文化、傳播人類寶貴的精神文明。世界學者長久以來致力于古典文獻翻譯研究,如何更好地翻譯古典文獻中的名詞對于翻譯領(lǐng)域來說也是一個重要的議題。意象圖式理論是認知語言學中一個重要的理論,它對識別事物、形成經(jīng)驗、認識世界和掌握語言
2、等方面都起到關(guān)鍵的作用。隨著意象圖式理論的進一步發(fā)展,其被廣泛地應(yīng)用于對人腦活動的分析及文本分析當中。西方及國內(nèi)的一些學者已將意象圖式理論應(yīng)用于古典文學分析,證明了意象圖式理論在意象分析上的可操作性。本文從認知語言學意象圖式的視角分析《山海經(jīng)》中的神話意象，在對“安妮比勒爾（1999）”和“大中華文庫（王宏、趙崢2010）”兩個英譯版本對相關(guān)神話意象的翻譯手法進行疏解的基礎(chǔ)上，進一步運用意象圖式理論對其手法進行評析,試圖為《山海經(jīng)》中神
