4、gh-end brand market, which needs to raise the level of performance as an important issue, combine performance management theory with the actual situation to develop a suitable enterprise performance management system, so

5、 as to improve the level of performance management and achieve business development goals. Based on an overview of related concepts , application and development of performance management, this article using questionnair

6、es and statistical analysis, carrying out field research of performance management to HFPS Company, apply the contents of the performance management system to practice, analyzing existing problems of performance manageme

7、nt in the company.To solve these problems, this article using performance evaluation results of the possible solutions. This will help to improve the management system of HFPS Company, enhance its performance management

8、level and efficiency, maximize benefits for enterprise and customers. The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background of this topic, purpose and significance of research methods and the content and framewo

9、rk of the main text. The second chapter is related to the concept of performance management, application and development of domestic and international overview. The third chapter based on the analysis of HFPS Company per
